Nestled in the embrace of the Pacific Northwest, Luness weaves their tapestry of haunting ethereal vocals and a soul-stirring essence of psychedelic electronic rock to create a sonic landscape that transports listeners to celestial realms.

In the heart of their music lies connection to the natural world which leads them to draw from the wonders of nature's beauty and infuse their melodies with hues of growth, metamorphosis, and the ever-changing cycles of life mirrored in the heartbeat of the universe. The mesmerizing realms of their music aim to beckon souls to join them in this cosmic dance.

Luness has been diligently working in the studio on their first major album release - Synesthesia. As songs are released they will be posted to all major streaming platforms as well as available for streaming here.

Written and recorded during their first iteration as a band in 2019, Paredolia is a song about patterns and choices and represents the beginnings of Luness in celebration of their return to the studio and stage.

ELYSE RAUPP GARDNER

Elyse began singing when she was old enough to sit on her grandmother’s organ. Elyse’s vocals are influenced by ethereal, ancestral folk vocalists, and her compositions are a reflection of the intimate relationship to the land on which she was raised. After graduating with her masters in psychotherapy, she stepped into lead vocalist of Luness and began crafting lyrics and weaving melodies of ethereal psychedelic journeys.

DAVID

WATSON

David started his musical life as a percussionist. Not satisfied with that, he became a drummer. Not satisfied with that, he learned to produce. Not satisfied with that he started playing piano and keyboards. He will probably never be satisfied. Which makes him happy because he always has something new to learn when it comes to creating his first passion in life - more music.
